Meet the New PCTA Officers for 2025-2026

The Philippine Cable and Telecommunications Association (PCTA) proudly announces its newly elected Board of Directors and Officers for Fiscal Year 2025–2026. This dynamic team of industry leaders is set to steer the Association toward greater innovation, collaboration, and growth in the evolving landscape of cable television and telecommunications.

Elected Officers:

  • Vice Chairperson:                          Ms. Dolly A. Chua of Asian Vision Cable Holdings, Inc.
  • President:                                        Mr. Efren “Jon” T. Arayata, Jr. of Discovery Cable TV Services
  • Vice President for Luzon:             Dr. Venancio C. Lo of Romblon Cable Corporation
  • Vice President for Visayas:          Dra. Pauleen M. Sazon of Kalibo Cable TV Network, Inc.
  • Vice President for Mindanao:     Mr. Joselino P. Galicia of Bongao Cable Television Network, Inc.
  • Corporate Secretary:                     Ms. Rina Jane P. Victorio of Parasat Cable TV, Inc.
  • Treasurer:                                        Ms. Haidee A. Cortez of Eagle Vision Cable
